The open plan kitchen features sleek recessed handles, Silestone quartz worktops and a porcelain sink, plus an integrated Bosch oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Cabinetry in an inky black hue adds polish, while chrome fixtures complement the appliances. To optimise storage in the kitchen, the washing machine is discreetly housed behind closed doors in a dedicated utility area.

The communal areas of the residence have been designed in collaboration with the award-winning ADC Atelier, the Barcelona-based interior design firm behind finely-tuned hospitality spaces like Soho House Istanbul, Dumbo House and Cecconi’s Berlin. You’ll find the same instinct for detail at Riverstone Heights, from the mosaic planters that flank the marble reception desk to the bespoke wood paneling in the library. 

A dedicated workspace for residents on the first floor is the latest chapter in the area’s working tradition. Pairing light-filled meeting rooms with phone booths, staggered snugs and a roomy open-plan hub, it’s ideal for those who want to work collaboratively one minute and then slip off for a private call. From the reclaimed wood flooring underfoot to the stacked marble island opposite the kitchenette, it’s fair to say this is a far cry from sterile corporate office. Armchairs by the hearth, which is clad in handmade Italian Botteganove tiles, will be the most coveted for cosying up come evening.
