Across the way is the nicely proportioned, square (for ease of presenting furniture) sitting room, finished with plantation shutters, which always set a room off beautifully, in our opinion. A nice view from here through to the kitchen, too. Adjacent to this sits what should be a bedroom, but what is currently offered as the home office come storage centre - note the floor to ceiling, wall to wall wardrobes - no, we're not envious of this vast storage solution whatsoever!! More shutters here, and really, a good versatile space.
Upstairs we've two particularly good sized double bedrooms; the master sits to the rear of the house and has both built in 'robes, and a shower room en suite (not photographed), but also packs of space for further furniture, too. The second double, again, has built in storage, and watch out for the hidden study space behind closed doors...

The plot itself is, as mentioned, particularly private. With a tall hedgerow to the front boundary, as well as gates to the driveway, allowing the frontage to be used as a great sun trap. There's a block paved garden space to the rear - tremendous, as discussed, for those who just don't have that time to bother with a lawn - there's plenty of space for a dining set, for sun loungers, for, dare we suggest a hot tub? However you see fit to use it - its practically maintenance free and crying out for a house warming barbeque!
