We understand that there is optimism that the land can be built upon for residential development subject to necessary consent. There were historic planning applications submitted in 1996 for two dwellings under ref 96/701/PA but now obsolete and outline planning obtained in 2014 for three dwellings under reference 14/0964/PA now obsolete but some conditions appeared to highlight some initial concerns in relation to ecology, knotweed and drainage so our advice would be to investigate this further. There has been a recent scoping report carried out by an Architect which does provide further information and they advised within this report that there is confidence that 3/4 dwellings could be designed with the appropriate approval.
