4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It has been nice living here as a new resident. There’s local shops near by it’s close to town and there’s buses and trams stops near by. Neighbours have been lovingly but traffic noise is a lot at times, especially at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been on top of it and while I haven’t had any issues yet, I’m sure they would handle it appropriately
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They only really let you see show rooms when you are viewing flats. It would be nice to see videos of the actual flat before moving in. I was a bit disappointed with the size of windows we got as the show flats where significantly different

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location and so convinient. Not as good due to the fact there is no car pale spaces and potential new development next door.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes within the same day. Reported issues to do with ventilation and was sorted and advise the whole system is being renewed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Potential development blocking the view and lightning

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great, really close to town and big supermarkets and smaller supermarkets, lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. It feels super safe with little noise disturbance. At the minute whilst there is building work going on at the development next door, it can be noisy at times but that’s not Allsops fault. Overall amazing location, don’t think you could get much better really!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Our washing machine broke and Tom & Ross were really quick to try and resolve the problem. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable but they provided a replacement machine as soon as they could.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the events that go on at the building and taken advantage of them more.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area is very convenient with a great range of nearby amenities. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, including Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express just a minute away. London Designer Outlet is only a 3-minute walk, offering a variety of restaurants such as Wagamama, Zizzi, PizzaExpress, and more. Transport links are excellent, with bus stops close by and easy access to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Park stations. Overall, the area is lively, well-connected and very comfortable to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With the previous management team, responses to issues often took weeks and sometimes even months, which was quite frustrating. However, the current team has made a noticeable difference—they acknowledge concerns promptly and take action quickly, making sincere efforts to resolve issues as soon as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the availability of a comprehensive guidebook for the apartment and building, preferably accessible through an app, to help residents easily understand facilities, processes, and services. Additionally, having more transparency around fixed utility charges upfront would have been helpful in setting clear expectations from the beginning.

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good amount of shops and very dog friendly including multiple dog runs. Plenty of places to eat out and socialise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No we have been ignored by management and front desk on all our issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the balcony door leaked and that there wouldn’t be security during event days and when there is a security they don’t question who walks in as anyone can walk in as the front door lock doesn’t work for the main building.
