On entry to the main house there is a large dining kitchen with a range of fitted cabinets, tiled flooring and exposed oak beams. There is a downstairs wc.

Leading from the kitchen/dining room you enter a large open plan living room with a large feature charentais fireplace, exposed stone wall and oak beams. There is a lounge area and a designated office space together with a large dining area with French doors leading to the outside .

Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find an open area used as a library with views out onto the landscape. Just off the library to your right hand side you will find the first en-suite bedroom with a large spacious bedroom area again with exposed oak beams, a fitted wardrobe, countryside views, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, wc and washbasin. Having a lovely tiled floor and walls.

Along the hallway is the house bathroom with a bath with shower over, wc and washbasin.

The second bedroom again has oak beams and wooden flooring, countryside views.

There are a couple of storage cupboards in the hallway before you enter into the master suite.

The master suite again has the exposed oak beams, wooden flooring, French doors leading on to the raised balcony with space for table/chairs etc offering views of the swimming pool and far-reaching views beyond. There is an en-suite shower room, with walk in shower, wc and washbasin

Large barn

There is a large wooden barn which has recently been completed offering lots of storage or parking. There is an earth floor.

Gardens

There is a fantastic in-ground swimming pool which offers stunning countryside views, a perfect spot for relaxing during the hot sunny summer day.

There is a large lawned area around the property with 2 very large old oak trees, perfect for shade together with a small orchard with a number of fruit trees as well as sufficient space to grow your own vegetables etc.

To the outside of the main house there is a large, gravelled courtyard with a small round island containing many colouful flowers. To the rear is a large, long terrace, a perfect space for bbq and entertaining guests on an evening.

Gite

There is a separate building which is currently used as a gite which comprises of

a large open plan living room/kitchen/dining room. There is a range of bright kitchen cabinets, fridge, cooker, washing machine. Again, featuring exposed oak beams and French doors leading out onto a private courtyard.

There is a bedroom approx. with a laminate floor and a Velux roof window. Leading from the bedroom is the en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, wc and vanity sink unit, tiled walls and flooring and a Velux roof.

There is a garage attached to the gite which is currently being used for storage

To the outside at the rear of the gite is an enclosed courtyard with an electricity power point and there is ample space to install an above ground pool for guests at the gite.
