SITUATION 

Yarner Park is conveniently situated just to the north of the A385 road, about 2.5 miles from the town of Totnes and about 6 miles from the junction onto the A38 Expressway at Marley Head, South Brent providing access to Exeter to the north and Plymouth to the south. The land is located just to the north of Beacon Park Industrial Estate where there is a range of commercial businesses and business units.

There are excellent facilities in the town of Totnes, including a mainline railway station to London Paddington, and more local facilities including a shop and Post Office and garage, primary school, The Cider Press Centre in the village of Dartington.
