Description

"We love this house, we'd stay forever except we are moving North. The garden is fabulous, great for playing with the kids in, as well as enjoying a drink on the patio once they are in bed! The big tree has also added much needed shade over the last few heatwaves. Our favourite room is the extension, it has a great view of the garden, and a few other interesting trees near by. We will miss watching the light on the trees change through the day and year. "

The home

A beautifully polished, extended three bedroom family home with a great garden in a tranquil location. The large, recently added porch is super practical and attractive, forming a valuable barrier preventing those muddy shoes making it into the house. The sense of light and space as you walk into the hallway is immediate, with a great view directly through the rear of the home and down the wonderful garden. There's a handy downstairs loo on the right and on the left a spacious lounge with handsome fireplace and bay window. The extended open plan kitchen is a show stopper and the heartbeat of the home. With loads of space, natural light and a great kitchen, it's a wonderful social space for hosting, hanging out and enjoying time with the family. Upstairs are three excellent bedrooms, the front facing double catches the morning sun and has access to the loft office, which is boarded, carpeted and also provides excellent eaves storage, a really useful addition away from distractions. The Rear facing double has great views over the garden to the allotments beyond and the third room is generously sized and a perfect children's room. The property is rounded off by an elegant and stylish bathroom.

The outside

To the front is off street parking for two cars enabling EV charging. At the rear of the property is the most fabulous garden with mature fruit trees, immaculate lawn and a number of designated areas to catch the sun or shade at all times of day. At the side of the property is a super handy store for garden furniture and bikes. The garden is incredibly private as it's not overlooked due to the allotments at the back.
