Directions
From Exeter, take the A376 Exmouth Road. At Clyst St George roundabout, take the first exit onto the B3179 to Woodbury. Continue for 2 miles until you reach the crossroads. Turn left into the centre of the village, where the property can be found approx. 200m on the right-hand side.
