On the Sivota coastline, on the mainland shore of the Ionian, an estate of three contemporary villas sits above the sea, set into a hillside of olive trees and stone terracing, with the open water and a wooded headland held in the view from every terrace. The bedrooms carry the same material logic: local stone feature walls, oak-panelled headboards with integrated lighting, pale tile floors. Two villas have three bedrooms each; the third has four.

The village of Plataria - its waterfront and tavernas - is close by, and the beaches of the area within easy reach. The estate works as a private residence, a family compound, or a hospitality investment.
