I grew up in this house and have had so many wonderful, happy times here. There is something very special about growing up in a cul-de-sac - it feels very peaceful and safe and you’re part of a little community.

My parents bought this house from new and it was their pride and joy. It was a lovely house to grow up in with plenty of space but communal areas to come together as a family as well. 

Monkspath is a really nice area with shops and a park a short walk away and the school within walking distance. I spent years walking to school collecting my friends along the way! Monkspath is also very close to Solihull town centre and the train station making it easy to go to Birmingham and further afield. It’s also only a short drive to reach the countryside for a day out. 

This house is much loved and has been a huge part of our lives and we hope that it can now be
