Kalyves is approximately 14km away and all amenities e.g. pharmacy, tavernas, coffee shops, bakery/patisserie, supermarket, hardware stores & a Kafenion can be found in the village of Agi Pantes a short 8-minute drive away. Vrysses and Georgioupoli are 11km and 18km away respectively.
Chania airport is a forty-minute drive away by car. Heraklion airport is a two-hour drive. There is also a ferry from Souda Bay to Athens daily, this port is thirty minutes' drive away.
