    Peckham is a vibrant community with lots to do, lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs and other community focused spaces as well as great transport links and local parks. Great for a young professional to thrive in London with other transport hubs of Canada Water, London Bridge and Whitechapel just 5, 8 and 15 mins away from Queens Road Peckham station. Burgess park, telegraph hill and Peckham rye common close by and lovely in summer.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been very fast to sort out issues such as a carpet real air being organised in a week.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How great the wider local area is, with neighbourhood gems like Nunhead and Dulwich.

    Fantastically well connected - located extremely close to Queens Road Peckham station and a short walk from Peckham Rye, bus stops essentially at your front day. Peckham is a vibrant and unique community that this building gives you access to

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes any and all concerns have been addressed since moving in. I understand the management team must be busy with the many tenants in the building, but things could have been a little more prompt.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The management team are very flexible with the included furniture which is great - use what you like, they can take away whatever you don't.

    All I see is the good aspect of living in my local area where am able to access anything I want and anything I like and that alone makes me feel comfortable and good

    The building management has been very swift and prompt in their response to calls for any issues

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, vibrant and young environment, as the area has convenient transport connections and easy access activities. Only issue I would say is the noise from the road, as our flat is located overlooking the main road which is used by quite a few of the Emergency services, however the windows are are triple glazed so the flat is quite soundproof

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Never had any major issues and anything that has come up as always been sorted out in a timely manner

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There was a extra charge per month on getting the flat furnished which we weren’t aware of until a couple of days before we moved in

    Bad parts about the area hearing ambulance and police sirens. The positive parts about this area is the location, it’s a safe building which has friendly staff. It’s zone 2 location which has a great transport links. It’s home away from home.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, they are quite responsive and work to works resolving any issues raised.

    How great the transport networks are in the location of the development.
