Peaceful location and overall great experience
I like the design of the development. Walking around is beautiful, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The 2-bedroom house I've been living in has been perfect for me. Building management has also been incredible. Lynn is a great communicator and has always responded to my questions/issues quickly.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great neighbourhood. I live on the edge of the development, so it's very quiet and private. Short walk to the local shop too. Overall, a very peaceful environment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always responded to issues promptly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to mind. All of my questions were answered before I moved here.

Excellent 5 star service from Building & Property Management Companies
Design of development is unique with varying styles of houses and apartments. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the development with access to parks and open green areas. Plenty of areas for young children to play and walk dogs. The Shed an excellent venue with multiple takeaways, a bar, entertainment area and cafe all very welcoming. It feels very new and modern.
Any faults we have reported to the management company have been dealt with immediately and an engineer/plumber has been sent out in a swift manner. Any visits for repairs have been managed in a professional manner and problems resolved speedily. We can not fault the management company, excellent 5 star service.
The house is very comfortable and warm during the colder months, so warm we have hardly had to put on the heating!!!
Modern features include broadband and an electric car charge point.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We moved into our rental back in March to cover the period of time until we move into our new house.
Good access to local shops and excellent takeaways.
I swim every day and the leisure centre is on my door step.
Bins collected like clockwork every week.
No problems with parking we have 3 spaces and an electric charge point.
Zero traffic noise, only residents use the road.
Bentley train station 10 minutes drive and fast train straight into London.
We live on the intersection of a public footpath, however despite being used there is no noise or disruption.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick, professional and excellent customer service. 5 stars
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We have been very happy living here and enjoyed the modern features of our comfortable and welcoming property

Excellent
I am very happy with the design of the property and of the development overall. The facilities are good and I have not had any issues with either the building or property management company. I am generally very happy with everything and I love the fact it so peaceful.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a Tesco Express, fish and chip shop and a barbershop nearby which is handy. The bins are emptied regularly. Parking is okay if your household only has 2 cars. There is hardly any noise from traffic and thankfully I have not been aware of any anti social behaviour, although the Police have been called to a nearby block of flats a few times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have been fortunate that we have only had one minor problem and it is being resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I genuinely cannot think of anything but I would definitely recommend moving here.

Perfect for us
We looked at a few properties but nothing came close to the size and layout this home had to offer, just need a little more storage. Lovely size garden too. Property Management have been good so far although no major issues. Love the fact all the homes are a little different, wide roads, driveways, great for kids to play, Green spaces are lovely although the dog bins could do with emptying more often if people are not willing to take the bags home with them.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very lucky to live in this development as a renter. So quiet, close enough to everything we need. Beautiful town. A bit of a longer drive to nearest train station but worth it. Front gardens maintained. Parking okay so far although it would be useful if everyone used their driveways and not just parked on the road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Initially there were some delays due some reorganisation within the team but once this was settled, we received a very good service. Responsive, understanding, helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We can't decorate for 2 years but I like the fresh white walls and not sure I would paint them now

Amazing new builds
A nice variety of different house styles visually, even ones with the same model styles differ to each other. Lovely walks along the back of the estate with a couple of ponds & the farmers field.
Great that you get internet included in your rent, not many places do this & more should
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Friendly people, not much in the way of anti-social behaviour, good transport links to the A12 & M11.
Could do with a convenience store on Dunmow Grange
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly & politely thus far, couldn’t ask for better response
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing that I can actually think of good or bad right now
