The property consists of two adjacent buildings. It comprises a renovated house for which some maintenance work is required, as well as a cafe that needs restoration. The two buildings can easily be joined in order to have a large residence with three or four spacious bedrooms.

The area of the home is fenced with a low wall. On the frontage there is a spacious courtyard, the largest part of which is covered with vines. There are also a well, a lemon tree and space for a small flower garden. The house is divided into three rooms, where there are the kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom with a wardrobe. The kitchen can be easily integrated into the living room in order to have an independent bedroom. The property has wooden ceilings, air conditioning and is habitable but needs some repairs and you can make several improvements.

The village is quiet and has a cafe and a mini market. About 2 km away is the beach of Gerani, which is long, relatively quiet and has pebbles. In the center of Platanias, which is about 5 km away, you will find banks, supermarkets, schools, medical center, restaurants and many shops. The city of Chania and the airport are about 25 and 35 minutes' drive, respectively.
