If you love the White Mountains, then this property on their foothills ensures that you will have excellent unobstructed views of the mountains from every point. It is a restored old stone residence. In 2001 it was completely renovated so that today there is a fully functional and beautiful result. On the frontage of the property is a covered parking space while the house is on a higher level, where we ascend by an external staircase. In front of the house there is a large yard with a covered section so that it can be used all day.

The house is arranged over one level and was not renovated for the purpose of sale, so internally each room has great height and ample space. The main entrance opens into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Two doors lead to the bathroom, which is two-roomed as well as a large bedroom. The village is historic and has many points of interest. It has 220 officially registered residents and in its center there is a traditional cafe that serves local delicacies. The village is on a short bypass road on the way to Chora Sfakion and therefore is an excellent choice for any tourist activity. Vryses is the nearest small town and is about 10 minutes' drive from the property. There, you will find all kinds of shops and services. Within 15 minutes is also the seaside small town of Georgioupolis, which has a large sandy beach with facilities. The city of Chania is about 45 minutes' drive away and the center of Rethymnon about 35 minutes.
