The apartment is on the top floor of a small family building with three floors and two apartments on each floor. It occupies the eastern side of the building and is corner with balconies and frontages to the south and east. The eastern balcony is the main one and has beautiful views over the surrounding houses, as the building height in the area is low. The apartment is extremely bright. The two roads are quiet side-roads and therefore you avoid the noise from the traffic.

The apartment needs improvements but is fully functional and in excellent condition. It has solar panel as well as central heating with radiators and an oil boiler. It is a very good choice if you want to house your family southeast of the center, in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all kinds of amenities. Lentariana has mainly residential growth and has not been spoiled by the tourist interest of the city. Within a short walk you will find everything you need for your daily needs, as well as schools of all levels, restaurants, a pharmacy and some shops. The Court House Square ("Dikastiria") is approximately 1 km away and the international airport of the prefecture is approximately 15 minutes' drive away.
