The detached house is built in the square of a village, which is surrounded by olive groves and woodlands. The area of the plot is quite spacious, fenced with concrete railings and aluminum gates while it has a quite large space with orange and olive trees, which can be used as a garden and as a small farm with animals. The building is arranged over two levels, which due to the slope of the ground are ground floor, one at road level and the other lower with an entrance from the back side. The upper floor is habitable and has an area of 76 m² while downstairs there are 74 m², which have not been configured. The plot has remaining buildable area that allows you to extend the existing building.

The village has a small café and traditional tavern. A short distance away is Voukolies, where you can find a bank, pharmacy, police station, supermarkets and all kinds of shops. The residents are very hospitable and the area is quite safe and tranquil. The beach at Tavronitis is the closest, where there are many restaurants, cafes as well as space for walking, cycling and swimming. Within a relatively short walk we can enjoy the beautiful beach of Paleochora, Elafonisi, Falasarna, Sougia and many other beaches. The surrounding area has canyons, archaeological sites and trails in nature. The distance to a junction of the highway is just 5 minutes' drive. Chania is 25 minutes' drive and the airport 40 minutes.
