The property is located in a small neighborhood, just outside the village of Kandanos. It is an old stone house with two independent levels. They are on the ground floor from different levels, due to the slope of the ground. The structure of the building has been completely repaired in 2009, when the upper floor with a total area of 85 m² was renovated. The lower level is 94 m² and is not configured but can very easily become one or even two apartments with their own garden or even swimming pool.

The location is verdant and ideal for cycling or hiking in the signposted trails of the area. The center of Kandanos is just 2 km away. There, you will find everything you need for your daily living, such as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and more. There are also schools of all levels, a medical center and many restaurants and cafes that are open all year round. For everything else, the small town of Paleochora, which has all kinds of shops and services, is about 20 minutes' drive away while the city center of Chania about 60 minutes.
