    The maintenance team is very responsive. Every time I reported an issue, they responded very quickly and came to my flat to fix the problem. I will give my big appreciation to Orlando, he helped me fix a lot of issues from lighting to sink. He is a very good member of the maintenance team.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The maintenance team is great, especially Orlando is very professional and friendly. He tried his best to fix the issues for me.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would like to check All appliances and facilities are working. They look very good from the exterior, but when I moved in and started to use such facilities, I realised some of them are not working.

    Maria is very helpful. I just moved in today and she showed me around showing her professionals. She gave me tour around and even before she replied patiently with all my enquiries. So far it’s my first day here only but nothing to complain

    No issue so far they seems working properly everything looks great

    Not really because Maria told me everything about the flat

    Have a retail park nearby, you can alonst get everything needed. And it is easy to access to city centre, either walking, taking the bus is convenient

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Recently we have raised a maintenance request with management office and they sent Dave to fix the tap leakage. And he response quick and fix the tap efficient

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There are a bunch of shops nearby from corner stores to Coop that are with a 10-minute walk, door to door. The nearby retail park is also within a 15-minute walk next to the nearby main road. Peele park is a nice green area that's frequented by families, joggers and others. Area is quite safe as well, with no incidents since I moved in 6 months ago.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They responded quite quickly; after a maintenance issue about a leaking shower tray was raised they respond back after a day and start work after a few more working days. It was big task with a bunch of equipment, material over several days but they managed to sort everything.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Two of our neighbours here play loud music quite regularly. Though this only happens between daytime and up to 11pm.

    The area is incredibly well connected and convenient for daily living. The station is literally a 2 minute walk away, which makes commuting super easy, and there are great transport links with buses and the Tube nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance: Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Superdrug, cafés, restaurants, and other essentials are all close by. The area feels lively, modern, and safe. Bin collection and maintenance have been very reliable. There is some traffic noise since the development is located on a main road, but honestly it hasn’t been too disruptive and is manageable overall.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Really positive experience with the management and maintenance team so far. Everyone has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Special shoutout to Emma, again! Also, Mark from the maintenance team was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted me with replacing the tall boy in my room with a chest of drawers and handled everything quickly and smoothly. Small gestures like that really make the experience of living here feel welcoming and well-managed.

    Honestly, I don’t really have any complaints so far.
