There is a further basement, accessible from outside, that provides a store room for firewood.

Top Floor

Stairs from the kitchen rise to the top floor where there is a utility room with space for a refrigerator, as well as a shower and WC. This serves as an additional small kitchen adjacent to the roof terrace.

The roof terrace is enormous, extending over the entire footprint of the house, and set over two levels. There are 360 degree views across to the Sierra Nevada and Mulhacén (the highest peak in Spain), the surrounding hills and over the village towards the sea.
