Modern Living in a Fantastic Location
The building is modern, well-designed and maintained to a high standard. The apartments are finished nicely, and the communal areas are clean, stylish and regularly looked after. The facilities are a great addition and contribute to a comfortable living experience. Building management is responsive and professional, and any issues are generally dealt with very efficiently. Overall, the property is well managed, secure and provides a pleasant environment to live in.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Alma is in a fantastic location with a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars all within walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations nearby, making it very convenient to travel across London. The street is generally lively but feels safe, and building management keeps communal areas and bin collections super well maintained.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised an issue. Communication has generally been clear, and any concerns have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. Overall, I have found the management to be extremely friendly and committed to maintaining a positive living environment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy and lively the area can be, especially during peak hours. While the location is extremely convenient with great transport links and amenities, the surrounding streets can sometimes feel quite fast-paced and noisy compared to what you might expect from a viewing. It’s not necessarily a negative, but it’s something worth being aware of before moving in so you know what to expect day to day.

Exceeded expectations
Well laid out with thoughtful, tasteful design. The facilities are really good and the property is spotless and well maintained.
The team went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Nathan who really does know how to make his guests feel welcome. He's a real credit to the business and the reason we'll be back.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is a great location with good local facilities. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and good transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Nathan went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
This place was so much better than I had expected.

It's a great place to call home
It's a really beautiful building. Really one of the best looking modern buildings in Milton Keynes in our opinion - outside and especially inside. We love the decor. And the way our flat is decorated - from the accent paint, to the pretty green black-out blinds - floor to ceiling windows is lovely. It was great to move into a furnished place so we can keep our bigger furniture in storage until we move into our new home.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being so close to milton keynes central station has been very helpful. It's a 10 minute walk, or a 3 minute scooter/bike ride or a £5 Uber ride if it's raining. So convenient. Parking in the garage is great, car and belongings are safe and secure (and dry). Everybody in the building to the management, staff and every resident we've come in contact with has been lovely. We never have any issues with hearing noises from neighbors which was a concern in moving into a flat - but it's no issue here.
On new years eve it was great b/c from our flat we could see all the fireworks all around the city from the comfort of our home!
Of course, it goes without saying that being within a block of grocery stores, the mall, a gym and dozen of restaurants is incredible. We feel very lucky to live here. We could even walk to the Milton Keynes Theater for the Pantamine show last Christmas.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and has always fixed any problem we've had with one go.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How great the restaurants are that are just right around the corner!

Almere - the best of the best
The building is gorgeous, Modern, tastefully decorated, having two air-conditioned social/community spaces is awesome (the lobby and the 11th floor communal area). The building puts on multiple community events every month - most we decide not to attend but last month we came to the "sip and paint" night and had so much fun! Unlimited wine, and the entire spread of paint and supplies to make our art with other friendly residents - so fun!
They have a ping pong table we've entertained ourselves with - my husband has joined other guys in the building to watch F1 racing or soccer games on the HUGE tv screen in the community space next to the lobby - it's just fantastic.
And most of all - the management and ALL the employees who work here are amazing. So friendly, helpful, quick to respond, quick to help. It just really doesn't get any better than this!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Almere is in the most idyllic location in Milton Keynes. Sainsbury's is right across the street so we have the easiest, fastest access to groceries. We found an amazing Thai massage spa across the street that we visit at least a couple times a month, our gym (Bannatynes) is literally the building right next door to our flat - and the mall is just a block away. And the train station is a 10 minute walk (or a 3 minutes Lime bike/scooter away). Then there's a dozen restaurants all within the same block as our flat! Everything from nice/fancy restaurants, to faster-food places like Nandos. Every amenity is within walking distance - I can't imagine why anyone would choose to live anywhere else if they're looking for flat-living!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The couple of times we had to put in for maintenance requests - we've been serviced within a day, if not the very same day! Even once on a bank holiday!! And they come into our flat with the best attitude - friendly, helpful, personable - I've never once experienced anyone here with a gripey disposition. Always cheery and lovely.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everybody here is very accommodating and helpful. Check out all the restaurants that are right around the corner- they're really quite good!

Great Place to Live
I’ve been living in Corkfield for over 2 years now, and overall it has been a very positive experience. The on site management team, especially Alexandra, is friendly, approachable, and responsive to any issues raised. The development is well maintained and has good facilities, including a nice podium garden and a recently added swings area for kids. They also organise regular community activities like painting sessions, games, and movie nights, which really help bring residents together and create a friendly community feel. The management is doing a great job. Kudos to Kat and her team :)
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very convenient, with Aldi, Morrisons, Asda Express, and Costa all within walking distance. Cannon Hill Park is also nearby and is a great place for walks, exercise, and family time. It's close to Birmingham city centre, but without the noise and crowds that come with living right in the centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues raised are dealt with quickly and professionally, and they always try to resolve problems as soon as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing major comes to mind. Overall, it has been a very smooth and positive experience living here.
