Our opinion
This is the best building in Chamonix Sud, a perfect pied-à-terre investment with strong rental appeal. It’s convenient all round, being right by the main bus stop for access to the various ski areas, the rest of the Valley as well as for transfer to/from Geneva airport as well as very easily walkable into the main town centre.

Location
The Chamois Blanc building is on Avenue du Courmayeur, at the entrance to Chamonix on the south-west side. It is 450 metres to the main shopping street but there are a number of shops, bars and restaurants plus a supermarket close by, as well as a choice of popular bakeries.
