The main town centre is in 5mins by car and there is bus stop a few metres on main road also a foot path close by to Town or Polegate. There is some noise due the development still in the building process.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far one small problem with bedroom 3 door not staying closed, has been logged.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As there is no usable loft it is low on storage, eg: cabinets. Being a modern house surprised to find USB points in Kitchen only

Location in Buckingham is good. Far enough away from the town centre it’s not busy and there are a few shops within a 5 minutes drive. There isn’t any anti social behaviour noticed however the parking situation is annoying with other residents permanently leaving their cars in the visitor bays and others parking on the road. (I am aware that’s a tennant issue, not a development issue)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had any issues as of yet, touch wood. Seems straight forward to speak to maintenance through the app

How the internet works. There are 4 plugs for the interment to work. Confusing.
