A Note from the Homeowners
We fell in love with Holker House the moment we first viewed it. From the beautiful stonework and character features to the far-reaching views and peaceful setting, it instantly felt like home.
Its quiet location has been perfect for us, while still being just a short walk from the train station, local shops and all the wonderful countryside on offer. We've made many happy memories here and will be incredibly sad to say goodbye to such a special house.

New Mills is known as THE GATEWAY TO THE PEAK DISTRICT making it an increasingly popular, highly sought after town and holiday destination being right on the edge of some of the UKs most stunning countryside in the PEAK DISTRICT NATIONAL PARK & close by to some of the areas favourite beauty spots & canal walks - including the Millenium Walkway, Torr Vale Mill, New Mills Marina, Peak Forest Canal and the National Trusts LYME PARK which is just a very short drive or hike away - in the neighbouring village of Disley, Cheshire
