There are lots of well regarded schools nearby including St Michaels Prep and Kemsing Primary School just around the corner together with Seal and Otford Primary Schools, Russell House and a top class selection of private, comprehensive and grammar schools for both boys and girls in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

Kemsing Cricket and Tennis clubs are within walking distance with several golf courses close by at Darenth Valley, London Golf Club, Knole Park and Wilderness. Chipstead lake is a short drive away where one can partake in a full range of water sport activities including sailing, canoeing, paddleboarding, fishing and open water swimming.
