The Point is the place for me
The point is great, the communal spaces are always clean. I can get help with anything I need. There are always fresh flowers on the table at reception. Jamie the manager is awesome and always there for a chat. The events are so much fun, we recently went to Escape Rooms and that was brilliant.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very accessible as The Point is directly in the middle of the city. Therefore it is so easy to get around and access all the shops and the pubs, such as Triple Kirks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been extremely efficient and quick, Repairs have done the same day in my experience, Brad the maintenance tech is one of my favorite things about The Point.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish i had known you have to pay for laundry as I didn't know that.

I highly recommend Granary Quay. A well maintained building in a great area run by friendly and efficient staff.
The building is well managed and maintained. The staff definitely go the extra mile, any concerns are dealt with quickly in a friendly and efficient way. There is a good gym and social events are put on for residents within the communal area. This gives you an opportunity to meet your neighbours.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Granary Quay is in a great location with easy access to all transport links including the airport. I used the Granary underground car park which ensured parking was never a problem. There are a good range of local shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also there are lovely parks near by too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had an immediate response and the repair was completed on the same day

I believe I was made aware of everything before I moved in.

Modern, Well-Managed and Very Comfortable Place to Live
I am very happy living in this development. The overall design is modern and practical, with well‑planned layouts and a good standard of finish in the apartments and common areas. The building feels secure and well maintained, with clean hallways, working lifts and good lighting. Facilities such as the bin stores and bike storage are easy to access and kept in good order. Communication from the building and property management teams is clear and timely, and any questions or minor issues are dealt with efficiently. Overall, the development feels safe, comfortable and well run, and I am very satisfied so far.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve found the area to be a really pleasant place to live. There is a good range of local shops, cafés and supermarkets within walking distance, and several nice parks and green spaces nearby. Transport links are very convenient. My street feels quiet and safe, with generally good parking availability, reliable bin collections and very little traffic noise or anti‑social behaviour. Overall, I’m very happy living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and helpful. Any questions or small issues I have raised were acknowledged quickly and resolved in a timely and professional way.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I hadn’t fully appreciated how quiet the development would be at different times of day, which has been a very pleasant surprise. One thing I would suggest to new neighbours is to check the best routes to nearby shops and bus stops in advance – there are a few shortcuts and quieter walking routes that make daily life even more convenient.

Staff not willing to attend to hygiene problem despite my frequent push
When I moved in, the washer dryer had a horrible amount of mould on the rubber seal, and the smell could quickly fill up the room. Despite a good attitude when communicating with me, the staff don't get things done. The job to fix the washer dryer kept being a no-show or rescheduled more than 5 times for more than 15 days. And this is an ongoing issue. I haven't been able to do laundry for at least half a month after I moved in, and no laundry alternatives or cost reduction were provided or negotiated by the staff. The maintenance team is also not responsive or reachable. It's really disappointing.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to the city centre, quiet, and relatively safe. Gym, common kitchen, working spaces are available and well maintained.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team didn't show up on three of the appointments for the washer dryer issue, and then the appointment was rescheduled without any explanation.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are no public laundry services around Leodis Square, making it even harder for me to wash my clothes.

Highly recommended - Granary Quay
Modern apartment with everything you need including social activities (if that's your thing), parcel concierge and gym. Staff are always happy to help, especially Helena who supported me from moving in to moving out 6 months later and everything in-between. I chose Granary Quay as it was pet friendly, in an ideal location and had parking option in the basement.

Great location. Direct access to pathway at river for walks and right next to Partick for access to cafes, shops, train and underground.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quicky and efficiently - never had any major issues to raise

Nothing I can note here - was shown round and given plenty of info and opportunity to ask questions
