The current rate of Site Fees / Service Charges (for 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027) is £4,982.40 per annum; £415.20 per month. This includes VAT and also a contribution to the park's business rates. As a consequence, there is no Council Tax payable in respect of the holiday lodges on the park.
There are four parking spaces allocated for the four holiday lodges, so one place is guaranteed.
The holiday lodge is to be used only as holiday accommodation and not as a main residence. It may be occupied at any time during the year (365 days of availability).
Sub letting or hiring out of the property for financial reward is not permitted, but free of charge use by family members or close friends is allowed subject to their compliance with park rules.
We understand the Lodge has an age restiction for purchasers of over 50 years old.
Pets are allowed on site, subject to the park rules, e.g. dogs to be kept on leads.
Electricity (Economy 7, day and night usage monitored separately) is metered and the choice of supplier is optional.
Water is metered and is payable to the park owners. Sewage bills are apportioned to all park properties by the park owners.
