Great Management Team and would highly recommend the houses
Property management team are amazing, quick to respond and helpful. Huge shoutout to Hannah who has always been on hand to help. Thank you, its really appreciated.
Lovely houses and well built. Good parking with charging pods for the future. Very happy in our new home!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have lived in Bordon for 2 years and now moving to this new area is lovely, green spaces and close to the forest. Close to the gym and local community. Lovely neighbourhood.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Problems sorted out quickly and effectively with good communication throughout
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing is to put our road on the maps, some delivery drivers struggle on the estate but sure it will come so very minor.

Very happy tenants
Allsops and Jess particularly have been a pleasure to work with. We hadn’t moved house for 10 years and were very nervous but we were guided through the process and minor snag issues with the house were fixed very promptly.
Having two car parking spaces at our home is fantastic and makes parking stress free and has also enabled us to switch to an electric vehicle as a charging point is included as standard. The homes are beautifully designed, well spaced out (there isn’t a feeling of being cramped together), being close to the Country Park is fantastic for walks and getting out as a family. The play area is fantastic and we’re very excited for the community centre to open, as hopefully there’ll be a cafe!
It’s such a beautiful, green development with lots of trees and grassy spaces that are very well maintained and everything is clean and tidy.
The neighbours have been very welcoming and everyone seems to be very respectful of each other and noise levels are very low.
The house is super energy efficient, our energy bill has been so much lower, even with charging the car at home. That the house is environmentally friendly and has lots of features that are not often available to tenants (solar panels, efficient heating systems, charging points etc) is such fantastic bonus. It’s a wonderfully quiet environment and there is lots of birdsong which is such a pleasure. It’s also super easy to get about in the car with the traffic light junction at the top of the main street. All four of us are very happy here.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We’re a short walk from local shops with takeaway and grocery shopping options. There a range of bus routes, one of which that stops at the top of the development to get to the town centre for work or where you can visit restaurants, shops, cafes and local points of interest such as Christchurch mansion and park, the waterfront and The Hold (records office).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and a resolution has been very prompt, professional and good quality.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The homes and area are genuinely beautiful, comfortable and it’s a very positive space. The only extremely minor negative is that as building work is still going on there’s a lot of dust which makes keeping the car clean tricky but honestly, that is the only inconvenience. We work from home and I never notice the sound of building work and of course it won’t be forever, so we can live with the dust!

My new adventure
I moved into our lovely property on the 30th April this year so we are 7 weeks in. The house is stunning, I have two sets of patio doors that lead out into the garden which is beautiful. I have three kids here with me so knowing they can venture out one door and do a loop round is very fun.
I've moved from a property that only had one WC, this one I'm in has three! This is being spoilt! People definitely take it for granted when their washing machine in the home, as mine in my old address was in the garage! I lived there for five years, going out in all weather to put on and retrieve the washing at times was interesting 🤔.
All the walkways are a good width which again if your not used to makes such a difference when your navigating your way around the home. Storage is great, I've never had a good wardrobe built into my bedroom before. My ensuite is a dream, I'm 44 and have had four kids and I've never had an ensuite so that's just amazing.
I only have a couple of negatives really but my property manager Natalie has been a godsend. I didn't have a WiFi box when I first moved in, or backdoor keys to my lounge patio. Within a few hours the keys to the doors were changed so I could access that area and within 24 hours Natalie got me a WiFi box. I also got all paperwork necessary for techy bits in the house. I didn't have a shed key for a week or so but again Natalie sorted that issue as soon as she could
All in all we all love our new home and we are hoping to stay here for years to come.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have a co-op just down the road and as for shops close that's the closest. I have a two year old so we have done all the little parks that are closed to my house and they are perfectly adequate for his needs right now. I have two teenage children that attend dgs and st birinus schools and they both have walked back from school but I usually drop off. We have discussed the bus route that I know goes into town but we are yet to explore that.
It would be nice to have a pub/Restaurant within walking distance of the house or perhaps a nice cafe.
If I'm being honest , I think it's preferable that people are able to drive up here as big shops are a good 30 mins away and if you needed a big shop and small children that would be tricky walking or on the bus
But I love it up here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been sympathetic at the issue and resolved them as quickly as they can. They have been extremely emphatic when I've had any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wasn't aware I had to order my own bins, and I also wasn't aware I'd have no number on my house making it difficult for deliveries etc!!

Peaceful location and overall great experience
I like the design of the development. Walking around is beautiful, and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The 2-bedroom house I've been living in has been perfect for me. Building management has also been incredible. Lynn is a great communicator and has always responded to my questions/issues quickly.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great neighbourhood. I live on the edge of the development, so it's very quiet and private. Short walk to the local shop too. Overall, a very peaceful environment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has always responded to issues promptly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to mind. All of my questions were answered before I moved here.

Excellent 5 star service from Building & Property Management Companies
Design of development is unique with varying styles of houses and apartments. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the development with access to parks and open green areas. Plenty of areas for young children to play and walk dogs. The Shed an excellent venue with multiple takeaways, a bar, entertainment area and cafe all very welcoming. It feels very new and modern.
Any faults we have reported to the management company have been dealt with immediately and an engineer/plumber has been sent out in a swift manner. Any visits for repairs have been managed in a professional manner and problems resolved speedily. We can not fault the management company, excellent 5 star service.
The house is very comfortable and warm during the colder months, so warm we have hardly had to put on the heating!!!
Modern features include broadband and an electric car charge point.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We moved into our rental back in March to cover the period of time until we move into our new house.
Good access to local shops and excellent takeaways.
I swim every day and the leisure centre is on my door step.
Bins collected like clockwork every week.
No problems with parking we have 3 spaces and an electric charge point.
Zero traffic noise, only residents use the road.
Bentley train station 10 minutes drive and fast train straight into London.
We live on the intersection of a public footpath, however despite being used there is no noise or disruption.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick, professional and excellent customer service. 5 stars
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We have been very happy living here and enjoyed the modern features of our comfortable and welcoming property
