Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived in Bordon for 2 years and now moving to this new area is lovely, green spaces and close to the forest. Close to the gym and local community. Lovely neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems sorted out quickly and effectively with good communication throughout

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing is to put our road on the maps, some delivery drivers struggle on the estate but sure it will come so very minor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’re a short walk from local shops with takeaway and grocery shopping options. There a range of bus routes, one of which that stops at the top of the development to get to the town centre for work or where you can visit restaurants, shops, cafes and local points of interest such as Christchurch mansion and park, the waterfront and The Hold (records office).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and a resolution has been very prompt, professional and good quality.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The homes and area are genuinely beautiful, comfortable and it’s a very positive space. The only extremely minor negative is that as building work is still going on there’s a lot of dust which makes keeping the car clean tricky but honestly, that is the only inconvenience. We work from home and I never notice the sound of building work and of course it won’t be forever, so we can live with the dust!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have a co-op just down the road and as for shops close that's the closest. I have a two year old so we have done all the little parks that are closed to my house and they are perfectly adequate for his needs right now. I have two teenage children that attend dgs and st birinus schools and they both have walked back from school but I usually drop off. We have discussed the bus route that I know goes into town but we are yet to explore that. It would be nice to have a pub/Restaurant within walking distance of the house or perhaps a nice cafe. If I'm being honest , I think it's preferable that people are able to drive up here as big shops are a good 30 mins away and if you needed a big shop and small children that would be tricky walking or on the bus But I love it up here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been sympathetic at the issue and resolved them as quickly as they can. They have been extremely emphatic when I've had any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn't aware I had to order my own bins, and I also wasn't aware I'd have no number on my house making it difficult for deliveries etc!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great neighbourhood. I live on the edge of the development, so it's very quiet and private. Short walk to the local shop too. Overall, a very peaceful environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded to issues promptly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing comes to mind. All of my questions were answered before I moved here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We moved into our rental back in March to cover the period of time until we move into our new house. Good access to local shops and excellent takeaways. I swim every day and the leisure centre is on my door step. Bins collected like clockwork every week. No problems with parking we have 3 spaces and an electric charge point. Zero traffic noise, only residents use the road. Bentley train station 10 minutes drive and fast train straight into London. We live on the intersection of a public footpath, however despite being used there is no noise or disruption.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick, professional and excellent customer service. 5 stars

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We have been very happy living here and enjoyed the modern features of our comfortable and welcoming property
