Best I’ve had in Leeds
Design, facilities, building and property management are top notch. Elise, Amie, Jac, Cameron (who might be new), and the night securities are the best people ever. The maintenance team are really helpful and nice, very speedy service after reporting any minor or major issue. The room design is also nice, maybe bigger window in the living room and smaller in the bedroom would be nice but even not it’s already a nice building regardless.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very great staff, lots of rooftops and common rooms, and events. Lots of eating out/coffee/bakery around, good resident discount offers too. Parking fees a bit on the extortionate side but understandable as its very limited, the resident PT is not the nicest but he might be outsourced.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick and efficient, maintenance comes within a day or 2, depending on ur preference and their availability
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are only good surprises, you would feel at home straight up

Good building, good facilities, very good team.
The building is well designed. We have good facilities, good places inside the building. The entire building and management team is made up of wonderful people. That’s one of the things I love most about this building. We have a top-notch team—they’re always very kind and helpful. Vito, Kafi, Guillermo are always solution-oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service. They make life in this building so much easier.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I like this neighborhood. It is a clean area, there is not much noise around. Most importantly it is a safe area. This is one of the main reason why I chose this apartment. And it is very nice to be very close to the river like that. I think there are not too much cafe and restaurants etc. But still have some options. For me the main issue is how far we are from the central london. We have transport options, but still it takes time to reach the north side of the city. Actually it could be a very good opportunity to be close to the river for transportation. But unfortunately there is not quick and cheap transportation options by river. If there was a direct river transport like a shuttle from here to a central area cost throughout the day for example, this would change to much for the transportation.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always so kind, and they are really willing to help. As I told you before, Vito, Kafi, Guillermo, they all really solution oriented. They are not just trying to solve the problem, like as a friend they try to make you feel better in any problem. So they are very nice.

Best place to live in Bristol!
The flats are so well designed and have been kept in really good condition! They are furnished just enough to allow you to move straight in, whilst still giving you the opportunity to make it your own. The shared spaces are also fantastic, the gym has everything you need and the communal spaces are great to work or relax in
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have absolutely loved living here! It is so close to the city centre, there are lovely walks around the Harbourside, and it’s right next to the Bristol to Bath cycle path.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had a couple of things repaired and it is always fixed in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Pointing out all of the amazing restaurants before we moved in would have been even better!

Flawless easy process with a smile
The building is can not speak highly enough of easy clean modern lay out and the furniture is very high end, the living quarters are set out so well that you feel like you have your own space but also close enough to be around people , the appartments have not been scrimmped on and are second to none
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local amenities are literly a stones throw away, all local cask bars and also local pubs , there are supermarkets in 4 min walkimg distance cant go wrong
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had nothing but good to say about them make everything flow so easily and very happy to help
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
