An Excellent Neighborhood with Abundant Amenities
Living in the Corkfield apartment has been a fantastic experience. The building is well-designed and sustainable, making it an exceptional place to call home. The property is always well-maintained, and I greatly enjoy the wonderful facilities, including the beautiful podium garden and the convenient workspaces. I genuinely appreciate the management team's efforts in fostering such a welcoming and supportive environment. Thank you Mathew, Alexandra, Jacques and the entire management team for making Corkfield such a fantastic place to live.

A lovely place to live in
The building is maintained very well. If any issues in the apartment, just report them via the residence app and then we can get friendly staff to check and fix them within 1-2 working days. Sufficient security services and cleaning services are provided. The property is managed well!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lots of restaurants/bars/cafes around. Also a big Sainsbury nearby. Central MK is also nearby. A very convenient location. Also has quit a lot Lime bikes/scooters available nearby so that you can ride them to the station or shops in distance. Lots of parking spaces around the building and it has its own parking lots. Bin stores are always clean. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always super efficient. All staff members are very friendly and nice to our pet.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None. Before we moved in, the team had given us all necessary information.

Highly recommended – a proper hidden gem in Birmingham!
We’ve been living at Corkfield for over two years now, and we are absolutely delighted with our choice.
The management team are lovely, and the on-site maintenance is incredibly quick and efficient whenever you need them. Plus, the building itself is stunning, the lobby is always welcoming, and the roof garden is a fantastic spot to relax.
Also, you can enjoy local events inside the Corkfield just for residents.
If you're looking for a great place to live in Birmingham, Corkfield is tough to beat!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is brilliant. Being right next to Cannon Hill Park gives you so much peace and quiet, and because the building isn't boxed in by other high-rises, you get beautiful, open views that you just can't find anywhere else in the B5 area.
Well-connected to city centre with less than 10 min by bus.
Aldi is right over the street 🙂
PureGym is in Corkfield building but you need to pay separate membership (it's not free for residents)
EV parking is available and you pay a fixed amount for parking and you can use it unlimited.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It is pretty quick and always they are looking for some improvement.
Of course sometimes problem or issues happen, but they are keen to resolve it and communicate with residents well. They provide monthly newsletter and updates regarding any issues or scheduled events in our community.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A price is a bit higher than their similar building in Birmingham.
Gym is not included.
Wife is included.
You can rent private room for free.
Parcel room.

Modern Living in a Fantastic Location
The building is modern, well-designed and maintained to a high standard. The apartments are finished nicely, and the communal areas are clean, stylish and regularly looked after. The facilities are a great addition and contribute to a comfortable living experience. Building management is responsive and professional, and any issues are generally dealt with very efficiently. Overall, the property is well managed, secure and provides a pleasant environment to live in.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Alma is in a fantastic location with a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars all within walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations nearby, making it very convenient to travel across London. The street is generally lively but feels safe, and building management keeps communal areas and bin collections super well maintained.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised an issue. Communication has generally been clear, and any concerns have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. Overall, I have found the management to be extremely friendly and committed to maintaining a positive living environment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy and lively the area can be, especially during peak hours. While the location is extremely convenient with great transport links and amenities, the surrounding streets can sometimes feel quite fast-paced and noisy compared to what you might expect from a viewing. It’s not necessarily a negative, but it’s something worth being aware of before moving in so you know what to expect day to day.
