Great Management Team and would highly recommend the houses
Property management team are amazing, quick to respond and helpful. Huge shoutout to Hannah who has always been on hand to help. Thank you, its really appreciated.
Lovely houses and well built. Good parking with charging pods for the future. Very happy in our new home!

I have lived in Bordon for 2 years and now moving to this new area is lovely, green spaces and close to the forest. Close to the gym and local community. Lovely neighbourhood.

Problems sorted out quickly and effectively with good communication throughout

The only thing is to put our road on the maps, some delivery drivers struggle on the estate but sure it will come so very minor.

Excellent 5 star service from Building & Property Management Companies
Design of development is unique with varying styles of houses and apartments. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the development with access to parks and open green areas. Plenty of areas for young children to play and walk dogs. The Shed an excellent venue with multiple takeaways, a bar, entertainment area and cafe all very welcoming. It feels very new and modern.
Any faults we have reported to the management company have been dealt with immediately and an engineer/plumber has been sent out in a swift manner. Any visits for repairs have been managed in a professional manner and problems resolved speedily. We can not fault the management company, excellent 5 star service.
The house is very comfortable and warm during the colder months, so warm we have hardly had to put on the heating!!!
Modern features include broadband and an electric car charge point.

We moved into our rental back in March to cover the period of time until we move into our new house.
Good access to local shops and excellent takeaways.
I swim every day and the leisure centre is on my door step.
Bins collected like clockwork every week.
No problems with parking we have 3 spaces and an electric charge point.
Zero traffic noise, only residents use the road.
Bentley train station 10 minutes drive and fast train straight into London.
We live on the intersection of a public footpath, however despite being used there is no noise or disruption.

Lovely development, great quality builds.
Hannah has been exceptional, efficient and responsive. The whole renting process has been very good at each stage and any minor issues quickly addressed and rectified. The new homes are lovely, good layout and an excellent finish. A really good experience so far.

Lovely area, peaceful and great local walks. Leisure Centre and community hub nearby are nice, good parking.

The property is superb
The property is superb - efficient, homely, modern, spacious and good layout.
The service we received from Megan Larkin throughout the onboarding process was fantastic - Megan was responsive and helpful. Hannah Noonan has also been great since moving in with our queries.

Lovely walks, easy access to shops. Fairly well connected - main road nearby and train station circa 15 minutes away. Street seems quiet. Parking is good. TBC re bins but good storage for them and hoping for first pickup tomorrow.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, so far, all has been well. We have asked a few queries or raised a few snagging issues and these have been responded to promptly.

Very Happy
We love our house and the development. We love the closeness of open spaces such as Hogmoor Enclosure. Property management has been great. Very responsive and supportive and even had a visit to see how settled in. Looking forward to the growing community here.
Slight delay with getting the EV charging sorted, however, responsive property management to allow us access to other EV charge points whilst waiting.

There is redevelopment happening locally which is exciting. Buses run through the development also which is useful to reach neighbouring towns.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very promptly. Issues rectified swiftly and for any outstanding issues, being kept up to date.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
knowledge on the development of the town and updates to that. Also would have been useful for EV charging to be up and running on move in date, however, property manager has responded to this and given alternative in the meantime.
