    Close to city centre, close to broadmead and cabot circus, there's a tesco very close by I usually frequent, close to Pink Kitten Dance School. My flat faces the internal courtyard, not the main street, so it's pretty quiet except for the fire alarms coming from the office building on the opposite side (which are quite frequent, or at least used to be)

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven't had many issues but they've been pretty fast to reply and solve!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That the windows in the bedroom don't open :(( which is such a shame, especially in this weather

    The area is lovely. Good transport links, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is straightforward. The area feels safe and quiet. Haven’t had any issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. Would recommend the neighbourhood!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The team are very quick to respond and extremely helpful!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Definitely recommend the apartment garage parking as opposed to council permits as the resident bays are further away. Cannot use the bays outside the apartment.

    It's very close to City Centre and railway station so location is very good. All other things are very good except price.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Management and staffs are very supportive , if any issues then it's very to raise repair request from grainger app and it's was fixed within 2 to 5 days or depends on the type of issue.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    In Pinyard for 1 bedroom they also provide double door fridge and dishwasher.

    I don’t think there are many better areas to live in Bristol than right by the floating harbour. It’s such great place to be, because you are right in the heart of the city, but almost on a little island away from all the major noise. I can get to the station in 10 minutes, city centre in 5, harbourside in 10 and so on. Couldn’t ask for a better location!

    Reported to front desk, maintenance sorted within a few days each time.

    I just wish I had gone for a riverside view apartment!

    The location is very convenient, with a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within easy reach. There are also several open green spaces nearby that make the area pleasant for walking and outdoor activities. Transport links are excellent, with regular bus services and easy access to central Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Parking was generally available and the street felt safe and well maintained. Bin collections were reliable, and I experienced very little anti-social behaviour.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They were quick and helpful. Any issue with the flat was resolved to the highest of standards.
