There are two bedrooms and two shower rooms. The master takes a full-size bed, with a walk-in wardrobe, a dressing table and its own en-suite. The second is a proper twin with two single beds and fitted storage, and the main shower room serves the rest of the home.
Outside, full wrap-around composite decking gives you somewhere to sit with a coffee in the morning, and the bay in front of you in the evening. The corner position and the rise of the plot keep it private and open at the same time, with driveway parking right alongside.
West Barr is a family-run park next to Port William, a working harbour village on Luce Bay in the Machars of Galloway. It is a quiet coast, good for walking and wildlife, with clean sea air and some of the darkest night skies in the country. The park runs an 11-month season and closes only in February, so the home is yours for most of the year.
Included with this home are the 2026 site fees and a guaranteed single-unit pitch fee, and finance and part-exchange options. West Barr also gives a percentage of every holiday home sale to Port William Inshore Rescue Service, so your purchase puts something back into the local community.
