Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home/property?
We have loved living here for over 10 years. The garden is a peaceful oasis where we spend lots of time. It is incredibly private with lots of light being west facing. The location is perfect for local pubs such as the Priory Arms, Larkhall Park, Vauxhall Park and walkable to Clapham old town, it’s also a stones throw to both Stockwell station and Nine Elms station.
Why are you selling?
We need a larger house for our growing family.
What do you love about the area?
We love the community - we know lots of our neighbours. We also have numerous pubs, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. The position near two tube lines means we can get to either the West End or the City very quickly.
