The home

A beautifully refurbished and extended family home on Rookery Road. Downstairs there is a large living room to the front with bay window and period fireplace. Sliding doors sit between this room and the dining room, meaning you can close it up to be cosy in the winter or enjoy the perks of open plan living. The middle of the house is home to the kitchen diner with stripped wood floors and log burner. There is a full width extension at the rear of the house creating an extra living space with bi-fold doors onto the garden and there is a downstairs loo. Up the first floor, there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom and the house has been extended into the loft to create two further bedrooms and a shower room.

The outside

The garden has been landscaped and has a patio at house level for dining, a lawn and some mature shrubs and trees. There is also rear access.
