Schooling in both the state and private sector is well catered for with Kibworth Primary School which filters into Kibworth High School. The Leicester Grammar and Stoneygate Schools are located a short drive away in nearby Great Glen.

The property can only be accessed via a pedestrian walkway off the Leicester Road. The nearest on street parking available is around the corner on Main Street (approx 150m).
