A Great Place to Call Home
I’ve had a great experience living at Milliners Yard. The building is modern, well designed, and always feels clean, secure, and well maintained. One of my favourite features is the rooftop terrace, which is a fantastic space to relax, enjoy the views, or spend time with friends. The management team regularly organises community events, which are a great way to meet other residents and create a welcoming atmosphere. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. I also really appreciate the parcel collection service, which makes receiving deliveries easy and convenient. Any maintenance requests have been handled efficiently, and communication has always been clear. Combined with the excellent location close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and the city centre, it’s been a very enjoyable place to live. I would happily recommend Milliners Yard to others.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve really enjoyed living at Milliners Yard. The area has a good selection of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, making day-to-day life very convenient. Transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and the city centre. The street generally feels safe and well looked after, bin collections are reliable, and I haven’t experienced any major issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I’d happily recommend it to others.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised any issues. Communication has been clear, and they have dealt with maintenance requests and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner. I’ve always felt that my concerns were taken seriously, and the team has been friendly and easy to contact.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how active and welcoming the community is. The management team regularly organises events for residents, which makes it easy to meet neighbours and feel part of the community. I’d also recommend making full use of the rooftop terrace, as it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The parcel collection service is another feature that’s been really convenient and has made receiving deliveries simple and stress-free.

Fantastic place to call home
I had a great experience living at Milliners Yard over the past year. The apartments are modern, well designed and finished to a high standard, with excellent facilities that are always kept clean and well maintained. What really sets the development apart is the building management team who are incredibly friendly, approachable and always willing to help. They regularly organise events and activities for residents, creating a genuine sense of community that makes it feel much more than just an apartment building. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Liverpool.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a great range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars. All within easy walking distance and town centre being only a 5 minute walk away. The public transport links are excellent with convenient bus routes and Lime Street Station being a walk-away. The street itself always felt safe, clean and well maintained and very little anti-social behaviour or excessive traffic noise. Parking can be limited at busier times, but overall it's a fantastic area to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues or queries raised were always dealt with promptly and professionally by the building management team. They were approachable, easy to contact and kept me updated throughout. Making the whole process straightforward. It's clear they genuinely care about both the building and the residents, which made living there a very positive experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I'd known just how much of a community the building has. The regular resident events are a great way to meet people and make friends, so I'd definitely recommend getting involved from the start. I'd also suggest joining the residents' communication channels early on to keep up to date with events and important building updates.

Best place to live in liverpool with a young family
We have had a very positive experience living here as a young family. The building is modern, well-designed, and maintained to a high standard. The shared facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym that is clean and convenient to use. The 24-hour concierge service is a real benefit, with the team always being friendly, professional, and helpful. Common areas are kept spotless, and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Both the building management and property management teams communicate clearly and respond quickly to any questions or requests, making the overall living experience comfortable, secure, and hassle-free
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We've really enjoyed living here, particularly with a toddler. There are plenty of local shops for everyday essentials, along with a good choice of cafés, restaurants and pubs nearby. The apartments are within walking distance to the walker art gallery, central library and world museum and provided great entertainment for my toddler.
Transport links are excellent, with regular bus services and liverpool lime st station nearby, making commuting and getting around straightforward.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have been so help and have responded to any issues in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s been a lovely, clean and safe place for our family. I have loved our time here at milliners yard.

Comfortable accommodation and Friendly Service
The development is generally well maintained and has a good overall design. One of the standout features is the excellent insulation during winter, which keeps the property warm and comfortable while helping to reduce heating costs. The building management is also responsive, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, which creates a welcoming atmosphere for residents.
However, a notable downside is that the property can become hot during the summer months.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is quite convenient, with a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. There are also some nice open spaces for walking and relaxing. Transport links are generally good, with easy access to buses and other connections, making commuting relatively straightforward.
On a more positive note, the development offers useful amenities such as yoga classes, which are a great addition and help create a sense of community among residents.
The street itself is fairly quiet. I have occasionally experienced some anti-social behaviour. As an Asian resident, I once had an unpleasant experience where a stranger shouted at me near the entrance of the accommodation. However, despite this, the building feels secure overall due to CCTV and controlled access. The staff also texted me later to check if I am okay.
Bin collections are regular and well managed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is responsive when issues are reported, and they do arrange for contractors to attend. However, some problems have not been fully resolved. For example, my window has been difficult to close properly, and although contractors have visited twice during the past one and a half years, the issue has still not been fixed.
On the positive side, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, and they usually respond politely to queries.

Milliners Yard is an excellent and modern development that has been a pleasure to live in
Milliners Yard is an excellent and modern development that has been a pleasure to live in. It is well and truly home for me and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! There is a perfect mix of community and privacy that I really value, and I can see that they are constantly striving to do more.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is still up and coming, and there is a moderate amount of anti social behaviour and rubbish around. However, it is in extremely central and easy to get anywhere with Lime st so close.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most issues are dealt with promptly. We only had one slightly negative experience due to long wait times on maintenance, but once this was resolved it was dealt with quickly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area can be a bit rough sometimes, but the building is incredibly safe and I have never felt at risk inside. Make use of all of the facilities in the building, it’s worth it!
