    One of the best aspects of living in my local area is the strong social scene, with plenty of friendly pubs, bars, and community events that make it easy to meet people. Many venues are dog-friendly, which is great for pet owners and creates a welcoming atmosphere. On the downside, popular nightlife spots can be noisy on weekends, and parking can sometimes be difficult due to the area's popularity. Overall, it offers a lively and sociable environment with good amenities.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Really good when the washing machine had an issue and painted our wall

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That the gym was not going to open for a while and theres no bin chute

    Other than parking garage gate is still not functioning, the rest are okay. Shopping, transportation and everything is just fine

    In house maintenance teams are just perfect . Management teams are just the same

    Great environment! Very near to shopping center and local coffee shops. Best of all, it is right by a coach/tram station.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven’t had much problems here. But in terms of management, everyone has been very prompt with any issues in the building. Emails are being sent out at all time, making it easy for the residents to keep up to date with anything going on.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I honestly love it here. I love how convenient it is around here.

    Location is great, right next to Northern Quarter and in walkable distance to the rest of the city centre

    Quick resolutions. Easy to use portal to submit any maintenance requests

    The WiFi runs off MAC addresses - some devices don’t have these easily accessible so that can be a little complicated to get set up and connected

    Manchester is a great place to live. There are so many great shops and places to live nearby. Nothing bad about the area at all.

    Yes. But we haven’t really had any problems or issues.

    Nothing really. They explained everything before we moved.
