Leaf Living are Fantastic
Can not fault anything. Lovely property. Development seems like a close knit family environment and a lovely way and style of life. House layout is perfect for our family. We are in a quiet close. Decent sized garage and close to all local amenities

We close to all amenities, quiet street, loads of private parking. Lovely community feel. Located in the heart of Thanet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
One of the back doors won’t open but this is being resolved on Friday. Also still waiting for the smart keyless entry system to be installed which we have chased today. We were advised we would have a video door ball but that is no longer the case.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lower water pressure than usual and bin collection days would have been helpful as well as how to read the meters for utility companies,

Mercury Close, Westwood Point
Design is good though lacking storage space.
The water pressure is poor and the toilets do struggle to flush properly on the first attempt.
The finish to the property appears rushed in places.
The garden lawn has not knitted in the heat. It should have been watered. Saying that, it’s a lovely home.

Area is central to Thanet and within a stones throw to Westwood Cross Shopping complex.
Despite this, the area is generally quiet and imagine it to be a lovely place to live when the estate is complete.
Matt Hazelwood from the leaf living team has been a great help throughout.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Issues with doors not locking. Made contact and engineer booked to attend
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lack of plug sockets for a modern home and toilets not flushing.
Good broadband included with Hive heating. Just waiting for the other smart tech to be set up which is taking longer than hoped.

This whole area is great
This whole area is great I haven’t had any issues at all with the property and we have been in there now a week which is when most issues start to happen as it’s a new build.
Matt Hazelwood is excellent and without him rushing it through we would not be in yet.

My partner and I are very happy with our new location.It is very quiet even though there is still building work going on.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Lucky we haven’t had to raise any issues yet with yourself about and building management issues.

That we needed to sort out bins,we didn’t even know that we couldn’t change our address over on bills as it still wasn’t coming up.

We are in love with our new home!
We love the house and the way it has been designed is everything we were looking for, we feel it is perfect for us as a family. The property management tram are very helpful and respond very quickly which provides peace of mind that any issues will be sorted out as soon as possible

Transport links are excellent and nearby shopping centre is very handy.. a local convenience store would be helpful as well as a GP surgery, however it is lovely and safe for my children so overall we are really happy

They have been very responsive and arranged visits promptly

The area can be noisy at times due to the building works but this can't be helped and is a temporary issue

Nice spacious house close to ammenities
The design is nice and basic which gives a good platform to develop from. Rooms are nice and spacious. Taps have nice flow of water whether hot or cold. Kitchen and living space are open which allows alot of space to play with. Toilet on every floor is a convinience aswell.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We are a 10 minute walk from westwood cross shopping centre which is very convenient. Close enough aswell for the bus and parking is great ad we have an allocated garage. Only noise is from tge building happening but it is understandable and only happens during the day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No problems so far. We had some extra notes for the inventory but that has veen dealt with.

No insights, everything felt pretty straifgtforward and all of our querys were met.
