5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Beautiful, friendly neighborhood with a wonderful community atmosphere. The area is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to live in. I especially love the stunning waterfront views and the luxurious feel of the surroundings. The sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking and never get old.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team at Lighthaus is absolutely awesome (Kendra, Andy, Tommy, Catlin, Reece, Nathen and Annie) , and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued. Always just a message away and ready to help, shoutout to Kendra who helped me find my Passport. It's reassuring to know there's always support when needed, and the excellent service truly enhances the overall living experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One of the things I appreciate most about living at Lighthaus is how clean and well-maintained everything is. There always seems to be someone cleaning and looking after the property, which keeps the communal areas spotless and welcoming. The attention to detail really stands out and shows how much care goes into maintaining a high standard. Combined with the friendly team and beautiful surroundings, it makes Lighthaus a fantastic place to call home.

Good grocery stores around and like 20 mins from city centre so plenty of going out options nearby. Good community. Peel park is nearby as well.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on Salford Quays means that nothing is ever too far away. There are two small supermarkets nearby (within walking distance), plenty of restaurants and bars, and excellent transport links to Salford and Manchester City Centre. The area where Duet is situated is quiet with minimal traffic noise (especially in the evenings) and in the immediate vicinity of tram and bus stops. Parking nearby is limited and street parking is not available, however the building's private parking is very convenient and secure. The waste collection room means that we never have to worry about missing a bin day again.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the building management are very quick to respond to any issues, all of which were resolved very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The lack of street parking might be an issue, however Mia was very helpful to let us temporarily park in the building's private carpark while unloading and moving my belongings in. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms thanks to the ottoman beds, which I forgot about before moving in! So no need to bring too much extra drawers / cabinets :)

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a well-connected area with good access to shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and local parks. Public transport is excellent, with frequent buses and nearby rail and Metrolink services. Parking can be limited in some streets, and there may be some peak-time traffic and occasional late-night noise, but bin collections are generally reliable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The responses tend to be pretty good and rapid overall
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That they’d eventually change the reception coffee machine (that used coffee beans) to a simple pod machine
