Property Insight
A modern family home, occupying a quiet cul-de-sac position in the popular town of Soham and within easy walking distance of schools and everyday amenities. Extending to over 1,180 sq ft, the accommodation offers an entrance hall, a ground floor cloakroom, an open-plan kitchen/dining room with integrated appliances, a spacious lounge with French doors to the garden, four bedrooms with an en-suite to the main bedroom, a family bathroom, a landscaped and enclosed rear garden, and driveway parking.

On approach, this attractive home stands out with its blue weatherboard frontage, with a paved driveway providing secure parking for a couple of vehicles, gated side access, and planted borders framing the front. Once inside, the entrance hall is bright and welcoming, with stairs rising to the first floor, a conveniently located cloakroom with WC and hand wash basin, and doors leading through to the ground floor living space.

The kitchen/dining room is open-plan and a great size for family life, with windows to the front aspect and an excellent range of cream shaker-style base and wall units, wood-effect worktops, tiled flooring, and inset spotlights. There is a gas hob with extractor over, a double oven, and integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer, along with plenty of space for a dining table.

The lounge is a particularly generous room, enjoying laminate wood flooring, a feature fireplace, and French doors that open onto the rear garden, making it a lovely bright space to relax and entertain.

Upstairs, the property continues to offer well-proportioned accommodation, with three double bedrooms and a fourth single bedroom, currently arranged as a nursery and equally suited to use as a study. The main bedroom benefits from its own en-suite, comprising a shower, WC and hand wash basin, and there is a family bathroom serving the remaining bedrooms, with a bath and overhead shower, WC and hand wash basin.

Outside, to the rear, the garden is fully enclosed and beautifully low-maintenance, laid mainly to artificial lawn with a paved patio area providing space for garden furniture and al fresco dining. There is a timber shed for storage, gated side access back to the front, and a private, sunny spot to enjoy throughout the warmer months.
