"One of the many things we love about this house is the light. The sun rises over Plummers Hill open space giving us lovely light for breakfast around the table or a coffee on the decking in the mornings. And because there’s ample garden to the side of the house we still get lots of sun streaming through the garden as the sun sets into the evening. We’ve felt so lucky having the garden backing onto the open space – it’s a real gem with allotments and even mini goal posts making it a quiet spot for a walk or kids to play. It also means the house isn’t overlooked. The outdoor space has been a sanctuary with mature quince, pear, plum, cherry, and apple trees as well as elderflower and crab apples that we love watching the birds enjoy."

The home

A unique end of terrace three bedroom house on Plummers Hill which has been thoughtfully refurbished making a wonderful family home. There is a separate living room to the front with a large bay window providing views of the front garden. Living in St George

Plummers Hill is an attractive residential street just to the East of St George’s Park and within easy reach of Church Road. St George’s Park is one of the city’s most popular green spaces providing a kids play area, tennis courts, a cafe, a lake and recently opened St George Bowls and Social Club. St George has many exciting independent cafes, pubs and restaurants, with this property near to the very popular Red Church and local cafes. Green spaces like Troopers Hill and Snuff Mills are favourite local walks too.

The shops and cafes of Easton are also easily accessible via the Bristol to Bath cycle path, including East Bristol Bakery, Garden of Easton, and Bristol Sweet Mart. There are several well-regarded schools in the area, including the highly rated Summerhill Academy at the top of Plummers Hill, meaning this is a popular area with families. For commuters, it is a short journey into Bristol City Centre by bus, bike or car, whilst also being just a short drive from Bath and the motorway networks as well.
