The Sitting Room has a double aspect with a bay window and each has French style shutters. Central to the room is an attractive brick fireplace with oak overmantel. The chimney has been removed and so this is not suitable for an open fire. The Dining Room has long windows and a door to the patio abutting the back of the house. It does lend itself to being knocked through to the kitchen, if so desired. The Kitchen has a modern range of units with integrated Neff eye level double oven and grill, stainless steel sink unit and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two windows, one to the side and one to the rear along with a door to the garden. The Gas Boiler is housed in one of the cupboards.
On the first floor is a surprisingly spacious landing. There is access into the attic and an airing cupboard housing the hot water cylinder. The main bedroom has a double aspect, triple built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and an en suite shower room with a shower, wash basin set into a vanity unit, w.c., heated towel rail, mirrored medicine cabinet and window.
The second bedroom is also double aspect and the windows have shutter. There is also triple built-in wardrobes with doors. The third bedroom is either a small double or a large single, currently used as an office with a nice view to the front of the property and double built-in cupboard with mirror doors. The fourth bedroom is a single with a double built-in wardrobe with mirrored glass and bookshelf, and overlooks the rear garden.. The family bathroom has a modern white suite comprising a bath with Mira electric shower over, wash basin, set into a vanity unit, w.c., heated towel rail, window and wall cupboard.
Outside: Double wooden gates give access to the huge driveway on which the vendor has had a large camper van and multiple vehicles. Two oak trees are along the front boundary and mature evergreen hedges run along the right hand boundary with fencing on the left. The whole garden is secure with fencing along the rear boundary and a garden gate providing rear access for the house. The garden has been landscaped with a lovely large patio to the side of the house and a few steps up to an area of lawn with surrounding flower beds. In one corner is a garden shed. A pathway then leads to two other areas of garden which have been well planted and provide further sunny areas to sit or entertain in. A brick retaining wall has steps down to a patio which abuts the back of the house and there is also storage space on the other side of the house. Integral Single Garage with electric up and over door, power and light connected and electric and gas in the far corner.
SERVICES: Mains Gas, electric with up to date consumer unit, mains drainage. Tax Band E.
