5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been a great experience for my family and me. The location is excellent, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. There are also beautiful open spaces nearby, making it a great place for families and outdoor activities. Transport links are one of the biggest advantages. The Underground, bus routes, and other transport options are all easily accessible, making it very convenient to travel around London. The neighbourhood feels safe, clean, and well maintained. We have not experienced any issues with anti-social behaviour. Bin collections are reliable, and although this is a busy part of London, traffic noise has not been a significant problem for us. Parking is well organised, and overall, the area offers a very comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every issue we raised was handled promptly and professionally. The best example was when our family needed to move to a larger apartment. The team reacted quickly, organised everything efficiently, and made the transition smooth and stress-free. Communication was always clear, and we felt that our concerns were genuinely listened to and addressed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how much the facilities and community would improve our daily life. The gym, swimming pool, gardens, restaurants, and other amenities make Dolphin Square feel much more than just an apartment complex. I would also recommend speaking with the tenancy team if you have any specific requirements—they are very helpful and genuinely try to find the best solution for each resident.

Dolphin Square is in Pimlico, which means it is very centrally located and well served by both the tube and buses, as well as Uber boats (the property is moments away from the river). You are also within walking distance of lots of great neighbourhoods and attractions. For such a central location, Dolphin Square is incredibly safe, quiet and peaceful. You get the best of both worlds - peace and quiet at home and all the action of central London on your doorstep.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been excellent to deal with. They have been very responsive whenever I have raised any issues and have resolved any concerns in a timely and professional manner, without any need to chase them up. It is great having people you can speak with in person on-site, if needed, rather than simply relying on emails / phone calls as one often has to when renting.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Two pieces of advice for anyone considering moving in - (1) when choosing between different apartments at the property, give some thought to the location of the apartments that you are looking at in relation to the sun, particularly in the summer when the days are longer (e.g. if you are someone who wants lots of sunshine streaming into your windows in the morning Vs preferring a darker apartment to aid with sleep, etc) + (2) keep in mind that it's surprisingly easy to walk to / from central London (so e.g. if you work centrally, don't necessarily assume you will need public transport to commute).

I have lived in The Square for many years and to be honest it would be a real wrench to move away. It is so convenient, lively, general stores locally are fantastic and friendly. The building is a secure quiet oasis in Central London with lots of parking available locally, easy reach of the west end, walkable in 15 minutes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team lead by Joseph deal with any problems that may occure quickly and efficiently. The management and their teams from leasing department through to security are there to assist you in whatever way they can. I recently had to deal with an issue which was complicated to organise, I received brilliant advice and help from Akitah who lead me through the process with lots of help, patience and hand holding

Advice for a new neighbour would be living here has many benefits to offer. Be happy and safe.

Marvelous leasing team, maintenance team - Atikah, Mickey, Georgia, Joe, Juan, Tommy, etc. The staff at the cafe are really friendly and fun!

Great range of both convenience shops and specialised food/coffee shops. Parking is available on site(ata reasonable cost)it seems very quiet during the working day apart from some local building going on.
