To the side of the main residence, we have a second property, a former barn, which is spread over two floors of approximately 100 square metres with a first level comprising a living room with kitchen, bathroom and a sleeping area with two attic bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The outdoor spaces are equally charming and attractive with large porches, panoramic terraced spaces, and cobbled courtyard areas. Heating is provided by two methane boilers, the windows and doors are made of wood with double glazing, and security is guaranteed by video surveillance and perimeter burglar alarm systems.

Winter sports enthusiasts can reach the famous ski resorts of St. Moritz (CH), Bormio, Madesimo and Livigno in about 2-3 hours by car.
