Good experience
The facilities are genuinely impressive. Having a gym just downstairs and a cinema room on-site makes such a difference. The rooftop is also a wonderful spot to unwind on a sunny day.
That said, what really sets the building apart is the team at reception. The building managers are all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful - they make the whole experience of living here that much better.

A Co-op, Tesco, and a large Sainsbury's are all within a few minutes' walk - really convenient for day-to-day errands. The street itself is lovely and quiet; I never had any issues with traffic noise throughout my time here. For reference, my flat faced the storage room side of the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In my case, the building has responded quite promptly.

One thing worth knowing — the facilities do vary slightly depending on whether you're in the South or North Block, and having lived in both, I'd say it's worth considering. The North Block has easier access to the laundry room, while the South Block is closer to the co-working space.

Definitely the best place to stay in southwest London area.
Amazing development. Very clean, modern, everything is new and efficient. Big common areas, spacious lobby with convenient pantry shop corner. Big co-working, cosy little library, fully equipped kitchens, private cinema, laundrette,
and wonderful gym with pretty much everything needed for a great workout. Management is friendly and helpful.

Great area, one of the best in London. Lovely Wandsworth park just 10-minute walk from Folk. Superb neighbourhood, right next to modern Battersea Reach residential block. Massive Sainsbury's just across the bridge.
No tube, but buses take you anywhere (bus stop is 2-minute walk from the building)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I didn't have issues, but any other aspects (maintenance of the building) are managed very well, and regular emails about any upcoming works/improvements keep tenants up to date all the time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing bad to say. Rather a good note - I wish I had known that the temperature in studios is nice and comfortable throughout the winter, and the wall heater is totally enough. The heating system of the entire building was good in cold months, which is a rarity.

best place in Battersea
Living here has been a really enjoyable experience overall. The building has a stylish and contemporary feel, and everything is designed to make daily life practical and comfortable. The shared spaces are always kept in great condition, and the facilities add real value to the experience.

No car park but a lot of good place around with a food shopping place just around the corner and nice pub

24h team inside at the desk so every time someone ready to help you

only negative small aspect is the laundry room is communal and no machine inside the studios

Good place to live
I’ve had a very positive experience living in the building. The design is modern, well thought out, and creates a comfortable and welcoming environment. Few shops around like coops and off licence more if you go in clapham and walk on the river tesco an nice pub

Nice place
design is good, new and modern with a lot of different area to stay during the day if you don't want to spent time only inside the studio, the studio has the essential but you can use also the big communal kitchen and enjoy with other residents like the co working space
