Really good service.
The property design has been well thought through a good open plan living/dining area patio doors to rear. Upstairs 3 good sized bedrooms allowing room for storage. Had a few issues on moving in but reported them to the agent (Zain) who has been really helpful along the process and has reported the issues back to the PM to be sorted.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is in a ideal spot it’s tucked away on the pit skirts of Swindon so you miss the noise and traffic of the town centre but on the other hand you’re 5-10 minutes from a supermarket & retail park. Parking is good two spaces of car & work van.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have reported the issues we’ve encountered awaiting response but we have only just moved in so appreciate these things can take a little time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would advise when viewing any property pay real attention to the details and quality of work as we have picked up on some really poor workmanship (fencing) (dishwasher) cannot open fully as it catches the unit handle. But these things are cosmetic and can/will be resolved.

Leaf Living are Fantastic
Can not fault anything. Lovely property. Development seems like a close knit family environment and a lovely way and style of life. House layout is perfect for our family. We are in a quiet close. Decent sized garage and close to all local amenities

We close to all amenities, quiet street, loads of private parking. Lovely community feel. Located in the heart of Thanet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
One of the back doors won’t open but this is being resolved on Friday. Also still waiting for the smart keyless entry system to be installed which we have chased today. We were advised we would have a video door ball but that is no longer the case.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lower water pressure than usual and bin collection days would have been helpful as well as how to read the meters for utility companies,

Mercury Close, Westwood Point
Design is good though lacking storage space.
The water pressure is poor and the toilets do struggle to flush properly on the first attempt.
The finish to the property appears rushed in places.
The garden lawn has not knitted in the heat. It should have been watered. Saying that, it’s a lovely home.

Area is central to Thanet and within a stones throw to Westwood Cross Shopping complex.
Despite this, the area is generally quiet and imagine it to be a lovely place to live when the estate is complete.
Matt Hazelwood from the leaf living team has been a great help throughout.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Issues with doors not locking. Made contact and engineer booked to attend
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lack of plug sockets for a modern home and toilets not flushing.
Good broadband included with Hive heating. Just waiting for the other smart tech to be set up which is taking longer than hoped.

Quiet and green development with a modern spacious house!
Modern light and minimilist interiors, very functional house. Have had a seamless move in and we are really enjoying the space. Could not fault leaf living it has been an easy process from the start with support there if needed. Would recommend them to others.

Lovely quiet area, nice greenery, open spaces and lots of parking with allocated and visitor parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far we have had not haf any issues, apart from a loft hatch which was fixed promptly.

Bins we did not know before moving in whether we had to order them or not but we did anyway.

So far so good at Twigworth
Properties are great, well proportioned and with smart features. Some design aspects could be better, like the position of radiators, sockets and etc. I have had many interactions yet with the property management team but so far everything has been positive and straightforward.

Lovely area, countryside and developed. Plenty of plants and nature around. Easy transport access. Can’t fault it so far.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not applicable yet. But I can imagine the Leaf team to be responsive based on my interactions so far.
