This house has the benefit of being opposite one of the woodlands walks that the Green Lane Estate is known for. This are good areas for dog walking and children playing. One of these woods has access through to Sandy Cross Lane and then to further footpaths. The High Street is only a half a mile walk away and many of the children on the estate walk to Heathfield Community College, although there is a school bus and a bus stop at the top of the road. Heathfield has a good range of local shops, a Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Co-Op and many cafés, some restaurants and takeaways. There are active churches and groups with community activities and events throughout the year. There are buses to Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Uckfield and Brighton. The nearest main line stations are at Stonegate (15 minutes drive) and Buxted (10 minutes drive).
Directions: From the centre of Heathfield, turn down Station Road from the mini roundabout. At the traffic lights go straight over and take the fourth turning on the left into Coppice View, where the property will be found on the right hand side.
