5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I've genuinely enjoyed living at Momento Hayes so far. The building is modern, well designed, and you can tell a lot of thought went into making everyday life easy. Everything is conveniently located, from the gym and co-working spaces to the parcel storage and parking. It all just works (most of the time!) The location is honestly one of the biggest selling points. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Elizabeth line, making trips into central London ridiculously easy. Lidl is just around the corner for those "I'll just pop in for milk" trips that somehow become £40 shopping expeditions In the other direction you've got the canal and green spaces, which are great for a walk when you need to escape the daily grind. The M4 and Heathrow are also close by, so getting around is really convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really well. The one issue I reported was picked up the very next day, and I was kept updated throughout. It's reassuring when you know things won't disappear into a black hole after you report them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the reliability of the ANPR parking system, as it can occasionally struggle to recognise number plates, particularly at night. It's only a small issue, but fixing it would make arriving home that little bit smoother.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have 4 young kids and absolutely love this area. It’s so safe, the bus stop is right outside, and the tube station is only a 5 minute walk! There are so many playgrounds, restaurants, and groceries stores all within a 5 minute walk as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes! Every small issue we have had was addressed promptly and efficiently!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The convenience of everything being within a 5 minute walk is one of the best things about this home!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
After living at Momento , I can safely say moving here was one of our better life decisions... right up there with buying an air fryer and finally getting a decent mattress! The great first impression we had during our viewing definitely wasn't a fluke. Nearly a year on, the apartments and communal areas still look fantastic, and the building is so well looked after that we're starting to wonder if the cleaners have magical powers.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues so far which is probably the best compliment you can give a place to live! Everything has run smoothly, and whenever we've had a question, the team has been quick to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My tip for new neighbours would be to make the most of the amenities they're not just there to look nice! The gym and games lounge are great, and they're also a good way to meet people. And don't be afraid to ask the team if you need anything they're genuinely friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Oh, and if you think you'll "just have one quick game" in the games lounge... don't make any plans afterwards! 😄

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is close to the Nine Elms underground station of Northern Line where the residents can access within minutes on foot. Close to Sainsbury's and several restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It's been my pleasure staying at Mylo Nine Elms over the past 2 years. A great thank you to the entire team of Mylo, especially to Matt and Ishann of the reception team and the entire maintenance team who have been warmhearted at all times and always responded promptly to all requests with excellent solutions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, pretty much all pre-move in expectations were met.
